A lot of students in Korea solve math problems by asking questions to their personal AI tutors. "Qanda" is the mobile application tutor that is popular these days.
If they find a problem they do not know the answer while studying math or science, they just take a picture and search for a solution. AI finds the solution and answer to the problem only in 5 seconds.
Even though AI provides the answer to the question, students may not fully understand it. In that case, students can ask to over 10,000 teachers who can give detailed explanation by 1:1 chat.
One thing I realized through this application is that AI-based services are actually and naturally into our daily lives. According to my experience of using this app and the reviews of users, the accuracy of optical recognition technology is quite good and it processed so fast and immediately.

We continued to develop search engine and optical character recognition (OCR) technology specialized for mathematical formulas. I thought it is very noteworthy that 80-90% of the questions are already solved within existing databases. As new questions are raised and answers are registered, they will continue to accumulate in the existing database.
